Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

      • Your name and order number.
      • A brief description of the reason for the return.
      • Photos of the product, if it is damaged or defective.
  2. Await Confirmation:
    • We will review your request and respond within 3 business days with instructions for completing your return.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Once approved, ship the item back to:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective products.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Approved Returns: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

Refunds will include the cost of the item, but shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Provide photos of the damage and a brief explanation.
  • If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Sale items marked as “final sale.”
  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by improper handling.

6. Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
